Step 7. Plan of Attack
You must have a game plan to be consistent and successful. This is where we will write down how you are going to go to battle to win. Not only are we going to focus on your mental game, but on your "Go-to-Moves" (technique), and implementing what you have worked on in your training. This game plan will also focus on your self talk, your visualization, prep for competition, and your strategy for winning - your Plan of Attack.

My method of organizing your "Go-to-Moves" is by dividing your opponent's body in half; left and right, top and bottom. It is important to know what techniques you have on the left side of the body and what techniques you have on the right side of the body as well as the bottom half on leg attacks, and top half of the body attacking head and arms. I will show you how to strategize in a way to utilize these techniques in your plan of attack.
How often have you seen a wrestling match where a wrestler shoots a single leg to the right side of the body over and over and the more he/she goes for that shot, there is less chance at getting the takedown. The more your opponent defends this right side, guess what? The more he/she opens the left side of the body for attacks.
I will help strategize on this "chess match" that puts you one or two steps ahead of your opponent. This is where I will help you up your game with setups and hand-fighting to get to your Go-to-Moves.
