How do you talk to yourself about your wrestling?
I want you to think about how you talk to yourself about your wrestling. How do you view, feel, respond, and behave to your own circumstances.
When you think about wrestling what comes to your mind? Do you think or say to yourself wrestling is so hard, I don't like practice, I like wrestling but I don't like running, I am not as good as him/her, I am new, etc. Or do you say, wrestling is great and I love wrestling, I get better every day, I will figure out how to beat him next time, If I get taken down I know I can get out from bottom, if he shoots on me I can score, etc.

With self awareness, you start to recognize how you react to your circumstances such as when you lose, or have a bad practice, or when someone makes a comment about you, or when a coach gives you feedback on your match or practice. Your reactions/responses could be part of a problem that is holding you back.
You create your own results based on the habit of what you think and say to yourself. You tend to behave in a way that serves those thoughts - what is called manifestation. Your life and circumstances are perfect for the way you think, behave, and choices you make.
This leads us into your Mindset and how you behave and move forward in relation to your personal challenges, your personality, and your self awareness. Discovering those things however, will empower you and make you stronger and more confident. That is the secret and I will help you to think like a champion.
